We provide trucking and material delivery services across North Texas, including dirt, sand, gravel, mulch, stone, and recycled materials. All deliveries are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided upfront and based on current material and fuel costs.
- Prices may vary due to delivery distance, load size, or material type.
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before scheduling a delivery.
3. Deliveries
- We strive to deliver materials on time and as promised.
- Delivery locations must be accessible for dump trucks; customers are responsible for ensuring site access.
- Once materials are dumped at the requested site, all responsibility transfers to the customer.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- Deliveries already in progress or completed cannot be refunded.
5. Liability
A & A Ramirez Trucking is not liable for:
- Damage to driveways, lawns, or property due to dump truck access or unloading at customer-requested sites.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.
- Miscommunication regarding dump location once confirmed by the customer.
6. Website Use

- Not attempt to harm, hack, or misuse the website in any way.
7. Changes to Terms
